77 and counting

We had a traditional Lunch in Gang Shan 3-9-13 at a restaurant that has been in the same family 77 years for five generations. Gang Shan is known for a black goat they raise there, so our Lunch included several dishes with goat in them. My favorite was grilled chops topped with a crust made of ginger and other spices. The picture is the current owner and President Jen from Kao Yaun University we visited the same day.
